About the Programme

10 hours of GDPR Assistance

For the development and deployment of the MVP, Devseis can offer a service contract with the duration of six months. The total cost of the contract is €15,730 as compared to market price of €31,600. The cost will cover development and deployment of the MVP and related services mentioned in the table below.

How it works?

  • 1. Identification

    We identify core "personal data processing activity" of your startup using data flow cycle.

  • 2. Role

    In reference to identified activity in 1 above, we identify role of your startup (as data controller or data processor) in the context of GDPR

  • 3. GDPR Controls

    In reference to identified activity and role in 1 and 2 above, we support in achieving GDPR compliance in your startup

  • 4. Documentation

    Based on the results in 3 above, we create bespoke "privacy policy" for the startup

Informed & Timely Decision Making

GDPR4Startups provide Type 1 reporting for GDPR compliance to our clients so that they are better informed before they decide to go for Type 2 reporting. Type 1 is a point in time reporting that will show existence or non-existence of the GDPR controls in place as of a specific date (usually 31. December but this is flexible). Type 2 reporting covers a period of time that will test and monitor operational effectiveness of the controls (usually 1. January through 31. December but this is also flexible).

For Type 1 and Type 2 reporting, GDPR4Startups follow the CNPD proposed framework, hence making it easy for our clients to get GDPR certification (in the future) from CNPD. For organisational and technical controls, GDPR4Startups is following ISO27001. It is an information security standard that is well reputed, globally accepted, and proposed to industry by the Luxembourg government, hence making it easy for the clients to get certification on information security in future.
